The basic hire of The Big Red Box for a 1 day event is £1500.

This includes:

  • Delivery & collection within the M25 (additional costs may apply for bookings outside of the M25)

  • Secure, password-protected online hosting of your audio file to share with guests

  • Post-event packaging & presentation

There are two further personalisation options.

  • £80 - A bespoke hand-made guest book with your choice of hand-lettering and design. It is designed to look like a vintage address book, in keeping with the aesthetic of The Big Red Box

  • £100 - Personalise the Telephone sign. This is yours to keep post-event

    There are no hidden extras. The above fee covers everything that happens behind the scenes to create this one of a kind experience.

    As a committed team of people with heaps of event production knowledge, as clients and producers, we want to be transparent with costs. We understand how initial quotes can sometimes become surprisingly bigger and planning special events take time. We want to ensure hiring The Big Red Box is quick, simple and stress-free.
